You should have received a communication from us at the end of last month regards the above however we thought it would be good to also include the content within this month’s e-newsletter.
We just wanted to advise of a couple of subtle changes to our office hours and advise when we will be available to you so you are aware of our core client hours.
As you will hopefully be aware, customer service to you, our clients, is key and absolutely paramount to all that we do at ML and the service we provide you with. To that end we have thought long and hard and felt it would be more beneficial to you if we streamlined our core client hours so you know exactly when we will be available for contact.
With immediate effect our core office hours when both our offices and telephone lines will be manned are as follows;

9.00am – 5.00pm
9.00am – 5.00pm
9.00am – 5.00pm
9.00am – 3.00pm
*Please note that we have a weekly team meeting every Monday morning so will be unavailable between 9.00am – 9.30am.
In relation to the hours above we are trialling a flexible working approach with the team so we are likely to have staff in the office outside of these hours and if so they will answer any calls into the office however we wanted to communicate the core hours to you so you can be assured of speaking with one of the team during these core times.
