We are delighted to be able to share with you the fantastic news that ML Financial Associates have been awarded the Gold Accreditation for the Best Employers Eastern Region 2021.
Best Employers Eastern Region 2021 brings together employers from across the East of England to support the economic growth of the region through employee engagement.
From its roots as an employee survey, it has grown to become a community, supporting leaders to continuously develop their organisations culture, engagement levels and the workplace environment.
Following a strictly confidential employee survey, as well as a business submission outlining our services, our approach and our culture, vision and values we were delighted to be notified that we had been awarded the Gold Accreditation, joining only 10 other companies in this category from the 573 organisations that we were compared against.
The judges commented on the way in which we shape the business by saying; “Active encouragement for people who are driven and want to grow their careers, the inclusion of the story about an administrator who was encouraged to develop themselves and become a qualified independent financial advisor was nice to see.”
