We were delighted to be notified recently that we have, once again, been selected as a finalist in the Broadland & South Norfolk Business Awards for 2022.
To be selected as one of three companies in the Outstanding Employer category, from a potential 12,500 businesses that have an operating base in Broadland & South Norfolk, is a fantastic achievement and one that we are very proud of especially as this follows on from our Best Employers Gold Accreditation we received recently.
The Outstanding Employer award recognises employers of all sizes that have created a supportive work environment throughout the pandemic. The employer will have shown a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.
The judges will look for businesses that can demonstrate:
• Reactive leadership and management
• A stimulating and supportive workplace
• Your company values and how employees are aligned with them
• Initiatives in place to benefit employees
• Initiatives to develop staff
• Health and wellbeing schemes
• How the company is aligning itself with evolving working practices
• Commitment to inclusion and diversity throughout the business and organisation
The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on the 23rd March at Norwich City Football Club so watch this space and we will keep you informed on how we get on!
