    Our Process:

    1. A Free Initial Consultation

    Understanding that everyone’s financial situation and needs are different, we believe in delivering a personalised approach. This begins with a free initial consultation with one of our financial advisers in Thame, Oxfordshire to help us gain a better understanding of your specific circumstances. During this discussion, our advisers will complete a detailed assessment of your ‘Attitude to Risk and Reward’, allowing us to best tailor our advice and solutions to you.

    2. Familiarisation
    Following our initial meeting, we provide a Familiarisation Process service. This is designed to provide mutual benefit, allowing you the opportunity to learn about our services and ensuring you have peace of mind on exactly what we offer. During this time, we also assess your current situation, developing a tailor-made strategy on how we can help you.
    3. Analysing & Evaluating Your Situation
    Implementing your financial plan involves a thorough analysis of initial consultation data. We collaborate with relevant providers, utilise internal and external research, and tailor a report aligned with your objectives. Assessing data against risk tolerance, time horizon, costs, past performance, asset allocation, and tax planning. Coordination with tax advisors may be necessary.
    4. Detailed Recommendation & Plan
    Depending on our agreement, you’ll either receive a plan for your review or we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss our findings and recommendations. The plan will review your current situation, and include supporting materials, recommended actions, and risk management across different timeframes, considering known or anticipated events.
    5. Implementing Your Plan
    When we have received your instructions, we will forward these to the relevant provider(s) and ensure they are processed in line with your wishes. If additional meetings are needed, they will be addressed and mutually approved in advance. Details of any transactions undertaken through ML Financial Associates will be recorded on our back-office system.
    6. Ongoing Service & Reviews

    Once your plan is fully implemented, we will contact you to establish the most suitable level of “ongoing services and reviews”. This ongoing service is designed to enhance the potential success of attaining your objectives and goals.

    OUR NORTHAMPTON AND THAME OFFICES

    Whilst our Northampton and Thame office hours are largely the same as our Head Office in Wymondham, there are occasions when it is unmanned during the working week.
