September 2024 Newsletter

Hello and welcome to our latest edition of our e-newsletter which we hope you enjoy.

Well, August has been and gone and, as summer has reached its peak and we head into autumn, we hope you have enjoyed the longer days and warm sunshine of the last few weeks.

With a quarter of the year still ahead of us, it’s a perfect moment to review your financial arrangements and investments and plan for any adjustments to ensure you are on track to meet your ambitions and objectives.

To that end we have compiled another eclectic mix of articles that we hope both inform and educate.

First up, as ever, we have the market commentary which is followed by our tips to help you master the art of budgeting.

Following that we provide some information on the tax implications of providing a financial gift and then we have an article that takes a look at investments and why timing the market is so tough.

In ML news we keep you updated with news of further exam success for one of our team.

So, as you will see there are a lot of financial elements covered in one newsletter from budgeting to tax through to investments – certainly plenty of food for thought.

As always, if you have any concerns or questions we’re here and happy to help so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Kind regards

Simon Lister
Director & Independent Financial Planner
